Offering one-on-one personal training services here in the Oklahoma City metro. If you want to make your workouts more fun and exciting. Working with a personal trainer will help you stay accountable and give you more motivation. A personal trainer can help you stay committed.
I do not short change your personal training sessions so be prepared to exercise when your session starts and work all the way through the full session. I will hold you very accountable for your diet by requiring a daily food journal. Your time is your own to watch TV, hang out with friends or play sports but I do expect you to keep a daily cardio log to make sure you are keeping up with your required cardiovascular training as well as sticking to your proper diet.
